We Want You to Love Your Tee

At Casual Threads Club, we want you to absolutely love what you ordered. If something's not right, we've got you covered.

We offer refunds for:

  • Items we sent by mistake (our bad!)
  • Damaged or defective products 

Here's How It Works:

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date. Just reach out to us at support@casualthreadsclub.com with your order number and a quick description of what's wrong. We'll take care of you.

A Few Important Notes:

Because each item is made especially for you (no mass-produced stuff here!), we can't accept returns on orders that were simply the wrong size or a change of heart. Please double-check your size before ordering—our size chart is there to help!

To keep your tee looking great wash after wash, follow the care instructions that come with your order. A little TLC goes a long way.
